The Steps to Your New Bathroom
Drop us an enquiry.
From the point we receive your initial enquiry we’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible. Whether it’s using our enquiry form, giving us a call or messaging us through Facebook.
We’ll visit you.
Once we’ve decided a suitable day and time our project manager will head over to your property, look at your existing bathroom, take measurements and note down your vision.
We’ll provide a quote.
You’ll receive a detailed quotation with drawings and plans of your new bathroom. We’ll breakdown each section of the quote detailing how the total amount was achieved. Our quotes aren’t a contract, you can choose to not go ahead with the renovation after you’ve received your quote.
Booking In.
Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll get a date booked in for your bathroom and will ask you leave a small deposit to secure the date.
Two weeks before work begins we’ll order your products to ensure there will be no delays when renovation gets underway.
Time to Start.
On the agreed date we’ll arrive in the morning to start work on your bathroom. Once your bathroom is finished we’ll be in touch a week later to ensure you’re still happy with the outcome. On top of this we offer two years warranty on all labour as well as manufacturer guarantees.
